HOW OUR SHOP WORKS
How To Order
Orders can be made either by emailing/phoning us or by ordering through our online shop. When you order from us, please include when you would like the flowers in your order notes at checkout, as we pick the flowers fresh the night before, so they are as fresh and last as long as possible in your home.
Delivery/Collection
We currently offer collections from the flower farm near Llanfair, DC, Ruthin. The farm address will be sent with the email confirmation of your order.
We also have options for free local delivery to the Ruthin area; please let us know which option you would like in your order notes at checkout. We will then be in contact with options.
Our postal orders are sent via Royal Mails track24 service; they arrive within 24 hours and are tracked all the way. Please note that we only send fresh flowers to arrive Tuesday-Saturday.
If you require a last-minute order, please phone us, and we will do our best to help.
Our Arrangments
Our designs showcase what is looking its best at the time of your order. Featuring the best organically grown, seasonal British flowers, all grown here on the farm.
We can work within a loose colour scheme but cannot promise any specific colours or varieties of flowers. We will however always try to meet requests so please mention this in your order notes at checkout or email us directly should you have any.
Gift Wrapping
Our flowers are wrapped in brown kraft paper and tied with hemp twine as standard. All our postal flowers are kept fresh in compostable hydration material.
All our packaging is 100% compostable, so please add it to your compost/food waste bin at home.
